Data Deletion Instructions

If you have used WAAI with Facebook Login or connected your account via Meta services, you can request the deletion of your data at any time.
What data we store
- Your name and email address (from Google/Facebook OAuth)
- Profile photo URL
- Business settings and configurations you created
- Conversation history processed by your AI agent
How to request data deletion
To delete all your data from WAAI, send us an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request":

Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include: the email address associated with your WAAI account
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your account and all associated profile data
- All business configurations and AI agent settings
- All conversation history
- All uploaded files and business materials
What cannot be deleted
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked to you personally
- Records required to comply with legal obligations (e.g. financial records)
